Simon is our People Director, responsible for the strategy and delivery of all aspects of Human Resources, Recruitment, Learning and Development, supporting partners and team members across the Westcotts group.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Simon brings over 25 years of senior HR leadership experience spanning retail, manufacturing, hospitality and professional services. He combines strategic insight with a genuine commitment to people-focused leadership. A member of the British Psychological Society, he holds specialist qualifications in diversity, equality and inclusion, and mental health, and is central to Westcotts’ Investors in People Gold accreditation.

Outside of work, Simon enjoys spending time with his family and is passionate about staying active be it on the tennis court, running, cycling, or walking his dog.
