Janice is a Farm Business Consultant at Westcotts, working within the Douglas Green Consulting team with extensive experience in dairy consultancy and farm management. She joined Douglas Green Consulting in 2002 after a long career at ADAS, where she was the national cow fertility specialist and responsible for training new consultants.
With both technical and practical expertise, Janice leads our work in dairy fertility and mastitis control. Her specialist areas include nutrition, fertiliser and nutrient management, NVZ compliance, farm business management and grant applications.
Janice’s analytical approach helps farmers identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
Outside of work, she enjoys ballroom dancing, particularly the Tango and Quickstep, and is a keen bridge player at her local club.
