Millie is a Farm Business Consultant within the Douglas Green Consulting team at Westcotts. She joined in 2022 after completing her degree in Agriculture and Livestock Science at the University of Nottingham.
Millie focuses on farm business analysis and provides practical advice to help farmers improve efficiency and profitability. She holds FACTS (Fertiliser Advisors Certification and Training Scheme) qualification and has hands-on experience in both dairy and beef farming.
She is an active member of local dairy discussion groups, exploring new research, technology and approaches to strengthen farm business management.
Outside of work, Millie enjoys shooting, training her English Springer Spaniel, and supporting her local ploughing match committee.
