Managing Partner

Shona is our Managing Partner. She, together with the Management Board, which she chairs, are responsible for the strategic direction of the firm.

The aim of our firm is to provide the best possible advice to our clients, in a friendly, approachable and professional way, supporting them through their personal and business challenges. We have a team of nearly 300 strong, we seek to recruit only the best people and specialists and invest in the best possible technology, ensuring we maintain standards in the firm to an exceptional level.

Shona’s background was at both a top 4 International accountancy firm and a regional South West firm, with audit being her specialism. Running Westcotts, whilst also maintaining a portfolio of larger corporate audit clients, means Shona can provide insightful business advice.

Outside of work Shona is a Trustee of both the Theatre Royal Plymouth and Devonport Highschool for Boys. She enjoys the theatre, running, and spending time with her family.
