Shona is our Managing Partner. She, together with the Management Board, which she chairs, are responsible for the strategic direction of the firm.

The aim of our firm is to provide the best possible advice to our clients. The firm is 280 strong and not only seeks to recruit the best people and specialists but also aims to invest in the best possible technology ensuring that we can provide up to date advice. The culture of the business is friendly and approachable, providing excellent client service. Shona is very proud of all that Westcotts stand for.

Her background is a top 4 International Accountancy firm where she was Audit Leader for a large regional office. She ensures that standards in the firm are maintained to an exceptional level. Running a large regional firm and overseeing many of the firms’ larger clients means Shona, with her team, can provide insightful business advice.

Outside of work Shona is a Trustee of the Theatre Royal Plymouth and enjoys an active lifestyle keeping fit, enjoying the South West and spending time with her family.
