Will has over 25 years experience as a Mergers & Acquisitions and general Corporate Finance adviser, with a specialism in the middle market and owner managed businesses. Will has worked for a range of companies including the Big 4, large international firms and start-ups and has performed work for clients in many jurisdictions including Australia and the Far East.
Over the past couple of years at Westcotts, Will has completed some significant strategic transactions including the sale of Fraser Anti-Static Techniques to AIM listed SDI Group plc (£16m deal size). He also advised Calleva Nutrition on its merger with Swedish private equity wellness group, Wellma Group AB, and Waterhouse Electrical on it’s sale to Canonbury Group, an emerging UK private equity investor.
Away from the office, Will enjoys the gym, surfing, all sports (watching and playing) and the countryside. He is also partial to a traditional game of skittles and is captain of his local pub team in East Devon.
