SERVICE PLANS
The companies offered service plans through EMAC and YFI Solutions who provided a facility to collect monthly payments for discounted service plans.
Q: What happens to my service plan and will I get a refund
A: All companies in the Group have ceased to trade and can no longer carry out services for their customers. Customers who paid for their service plan by debit card or credit card may be able to claim their payments back under consumer protection schemes known as Chargeback or Section 75 scheme from their card issuers.
Q: What happens if I paid by direct debit, bank transfer or cash
A: Customers will not automatically be protected by their Bank and will be classed as an unsecured creditor in the Administration
Q: Will I get repaid in the Administration
A: This will depend on the level of assets which the Administrator can realise in each of the companies. The Administrator will need to ensure that all preferential, secondary preferential creditors, costs and expenses are paid in full before considering if there are surplus funds for unsecured creditors. The Administrator will write to unsecured creditors at an appropriate time if this is likely to be the case.
