Westcotts invites charities to share insights in new regional survey

Westcotts has launched a major new survey aimed at gaining important insights into the challenges and opportunities currently facing charities across the South West.

The Westcotts Charity Sector Insights Survey marks the first initiative of its kind by the firm and forms part of Westcotts’ ongoing commitment to providing tailored support, guidance and resources for not-for-profit organisations operating in the region.

Open to charities of all sizes and areas of focus, the short survey (which takes about 10 minutes to complete) is designed to build a clearer picture of the sector across the South West.

The findings will play a key role in shaping how Westcotts supports charities – from the services and guidance it provides to the themes explored through seminars and workshops and the regular articles and other resources produced by its charities team.

Cat Williams, Partner and Head of Charities and Not for Profit at Westcotts, said: “Charities continue to play a vital role in our communities and we recognise the legislative, economic and societal challenges that many are currently facing.

“Through this survey, we hope to build a comprehensive study of how the diverse cross-section of charities which make up the sector in the South West are operating and adapting – and in doing so, help identify the support they need right now.

“The more organisations that contribute, the more meaningful and representative the insights will be. We’d encourage all South West charities to take part so we can work together to build a useful and compelling snapshot of the sector in our region.”

All responses will remain confidential, and participants have the option to receive a summary of the results, which Westcotts hopes will offer useful benchmarking information and shared learning across the sector.
