Westcotts team raises £1,000 for Weston Hospicecare at charity quiz night

Westcotts’ Weston-super-Mare team has raised £1,000 for Weston Hospicecare after hosting a charity quiz night in support of the firm’s Somerset Charity of the Year.

Colleagues, clients and local supporters joined together for an evening of friendly competition to raise funds for the hospice, which has been serving the local community for more than 35 years. The charity provides essential care and support for people with life-limiting conditions and their families in Weston-super-Mare and across North Somerset.

The event builds on Westcotts’ ongoing charitable activity for the hospice, following recent fundraising efforts across the Somerset offices, including taking part in the hospice’s ‘Blue for You Week’ campaign in October.

The quiz was supported by a wide range of regional businesses who generously donated prizes, helping to boost the fundraising total and ensure an enjoyable evening for all. Contributors included a mix of hospitality, retail and leisure organisations, demonstrating the strong community backing for the charity.
