“We treat each client individually and adjust our services to meet their requirements,” says David, who has over 15 years’ experience in auditing. He joined Westcotts in 2005 after graduating from the University of Newcastle and now helps trainees at the firm to achieve their ACCA and ACA qualifications.
David has worked with businesses of all sizes from sole traders and partnerships to large, limited companies across the South West and further afield, “I would much rather visit a client at home or at their business. I love it when a client shows me their latest bit of machinery, equipment, or product with pride.”
A keen Liverpool FC and Somerset Cricket Club fan, David is more of a follower than a player these days, although he does like to play tennis for his local club. David also enjoys spending time with his young family. As if this didn’t keep him busy enough, he is also chair of governors at his local primary school.
